WICK — Risk Disclosure Statement
Effective Date: 2026-04-29
1. Simulated Trading Environment
WICK provides a simulated trading environment. You are not trading real money on the Platform. All "balances," "profits," and "losses" displayed are virtual amounts used solely to evaluate trading skill within a defined ruleset.
2. No Investment Service
WICK is not an investment service, investment advisor, broker-dealer, or asset manager. WICK does not:
- Execute real financial trades on your behalf
- Hold or manage your funds for the purpose of trading
- Provide investment advice or recommendations
- Guarantee any financial returns
The fees you pay grant access to an evaluation platform. No fees paid to WICK constitute an investment.
3. Express Funded Disclosure
If you purchase an Express Funded account, you are paying a higher fee in exchange for skipping the Challenge phase. You will start directly in the Funded phase. WICK does not trade on your behalf during any phase. You are responsible for your own trading decisions in the simulated environment.
The Express Funded fee is not a deposit, investment, or trading capital. It is the cost of accessing the Funded phase directly.
4. Statistical Failure Rates
Industry data indicates that the majority of traders (typically 90-95%) fail to pass simulated propfirm challenges and/or fail to receive payouts due to rule violations or insufficient profitability. By purchasing an account, you acknowledge that:
- Most users who purchase challenges will not pass them
- Most users who reach the Funded phase will breach rules before receiving multiple payouts
- Past simulated performance is not indicative of future results
- You should not purchase an account with money you cannot afford to lose
5. Sim Environment Limitations
The simulated environment uses real-time market data with the following characteristics:
- Spreads applied are realistic but may differ from actual broker spreads
- Slippage may differ from real trading conditions
- Market data may experience occasional gaps or delays
- The sim engine processes orders as it would receive them; weekends and holiday gaps are auto-managed
These limitations are inherent to all simulated trading platforms and do not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
6. Payout Conditions
Payouts are processed when ALL of the following are met:
- Minimum 5 active trading days completed
- No rule violations (drawdown, daily drawdown, consistency)
- Account in Funded phase
- Payment cycle elapsed (14 days minimum)
- Trader has submitted a valid TRC20 USDT wallet address
- KYC fully approved
If any condition is not met, the payout request will be rejected with reasoning. Pending simulated profits are forfeited if the account is breached or terminated before payout conditions are met.
7. Treasury Disclosure
WICK is a bootstrapped operation. To ensure responsible payout obligations, certain account tiers ($50K, $100K, $200K) are gated by treasury reserves and listed as "Sold out — waitlist" until WICK can sustainably support payouts at those volumes. This is disclosed transparently. We do not sell account tiers we cannot sustain.
8. Compliance Notes
- WICK does not solicit residents of jurisdictions where simulated trading evaluation services are restricted
- Users are responsible for compliance with their local laws regarding participation in simulated trading evaluation programs
- WICK reserves the right to refuse service to users in restricted jurisdictions
9. No Guarantee
WICK makes no guarantee that you will:
- Pass the Challenge phase
- Receive any payout
- Profit from your participation
- Recover any portion of fees paid
Your decision to purchase an account is at your sole discretion and risk.
10. Acknowledgment
By purchasing any product on the WICK platform, you confirm:
- You have read this Risk Disclosure in full
- You understand WICK is a simulation platform, not an investment service
- You acknowledge the high statistical failure rate of trading evaluation programs
- You accept that fees are non-refundable once the account is activated
- You are not relying on any verbal, written, or marketing statement to guarantee a specific outcome
Trading involves risk. Simulated trading evaluation involves the risk of losing the fees you pay. Only purchase an account with funds you can afford to lose.
