WICK — Terms of Service
Effective Date: 2026-04-29 Last Updated: 2026-04-29
1. Nature of the Service
WICK ("the Platform") provides a simulated trading environment for the purpose of evaluating trading skill. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All trading activity occurs in a simulated environment using real-time market data
- No actual financial trades are executed with your money or any third-party broker
- Account balances displayed in the Platform are virtual amounts for evaluation purposes only
- Profit and loss displayed are simulated outcomes, not real financial gains or losses
2. Products
2.1 Challenge
A skill evaluation phase. Trader pays a one-time fee to access a simulated account with defined rules. If the trader meets the profit target without breaching drawdown rules within the time limit, they advance to the Funded phase.
2.2 Express Funded
A direct-to-funded option that skips the Challenge phase entirely. Trader pays a higher one-time fee and receives immediate access to a Funded simulated account with the same rules as Challenge passers. No trading is performed by WICK on behalf of the customer to "pass" the challenge — the customer simply skips the evaluation phase.
3. Trading Rules (Both Challenge and Funded)
| Rule | Setting | |---|---| | Maximum drawdown overall | 6% trailing (Challenge) / 6% fixed (Funded) | | Maximum drawdown daily | 5% from balance at start of day | | Profit target (Challenge only) | 8% within 30 days | | Minimum trading days | 5 active days before payout request | | Consistency rule | Largest single-day P&L must not exceed 35% of total profit | | Maximum lot size | Per tier (see Pricing page) | | Trading hours | Markets open: 22:00 UTC Sunday — 22:00 UTC Friday | | Friday auto-close | All positions closed at 22:00 UTC Friday | | Expert Advisors / Bots | Not permitted (manual trading only) | | News trading restriction | No trades 2 minutes before/after major news (NFP, FOMC, ECB) |
Rule violations result in automatic account termination with no refund.
4. Profit Split & Payouts
4.1 Split
- Trader receives: 70% of simulated profit
- WICK retains: 30% of simulated profit
4.2 Payout Conditions
- Minimum 5 active trading days completed

- Payouts processed in USDT TRC20 to the wallet on file
- First payout cycle: 14 days after Funded activation
- Subsequent payouts: every 14 days, on request
4.3 Balance Scaling
- After 2 consecutive consistent payouts (no breaches, consistency rule met), trader's funded balance increases by +25%
- Maximum scaling: account balance × 5 (e.g., $5K → $25K cap)
5. Tier Availability
WICK currently offers $5K, $10K, and $25K accounts. The $50K, $100K, and $200K tiers are listed as "Sold out — waitlist" until our treasury reserves meet the minimum threshold required to safely guarantee payouts at those volumes. We disclose this transparently rather than offer accounts we cannot sustainably support.
